To participate in today’s challenge all you need to do is select and perform one of the following kindness activities. This week’s challenge is all about leaving a legacy that can benefit others in some way.

I encourage you to explore more than one of the ideas I have listed over time. Not only will these ideas help to leave the world a better place, they will also enrich your life as you are living it. There is a great gift in giving to others; in how we feel about ourselves and regard ourselves.
